This spacious property was completely renovated in 2013 and has since been used as a small boutique hotel with 8 rooms. 

The various parts of the complex line up smoothly and the patios connect the living and feel-good areas, which makes it feel like a small cozy village. The property is equipped with the latest technology. Despite being situated on a hill, the property is accessible with any type of vehicle, as there is an asphalted road up until 200 meters from the property. The last 200 meters aren’t asphalted anymore but wide enough to pass with a large car or a lorry without any problem.

The property has, among other things, a rooftop terrace located on the highest point of the property, which allows an incredible 360 degree view. The nearest neighbour is located at the start of the non-asphalted road and borders the parking lot and the animal enclosure.

All the rooms were newly renovated in 2013. However, we have kept some walls in their original state, which means that they are still from the old olive oil mill with a 60 cm of diameter, to maintain its original character. The floors are made of stone or laminate. In addition to the 8 guest rooms, the property has two more bedrooms for private use. All private rooms are completely separated from the guest areas. There are public toilets for guests in the entrance area and in the pool area. All the guest rooms have an en-suite bathroom. The private area is equipped with another toilet and a separate bathroom (toilet included). The building has its own laundry, a 2 level underground cellar and plenty of storage areas. The entire complex includes 7 outdoor terraces.

All rooms are completely furnished. However, the furniture is not included in the price.

Rather exceptionally in Spain, our property has all permits from the authorities. All construction plans are available, the circuit diagrams of the electrical installations are documented, the rainwater is collected and reused, an irrigation system is installed, the internet is of high quality and the entire property has been maintained and managed for 10 years without the use of chemical products.
